Most rooming house investors juggle a land agent, a builder and a property manager. With Keyspace, you deal with one team the whole way through.

Land

We find blocks in Victorian growth corridors that suit a Class 1b rooming house, including off-market sites, and run a full feasibility on each one before you commit.

Build

Plans, council approvals and construction with our builder partner, with progress photos as your rooming house goes up.

Management

Our property management team finds and screens tenants, leases each suite separately, looks after maintenance and sends you a monthly statement.
