Who we are
Keyspace Property is the trading name of ABC Sales Pty Ltd (ABN 71 682 832 542). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ABC Sales Pty Ltd trading as Keyspace Property.
This policy covers keyspaceproperty.com.au, funnel.keyspaceproperty.com.au, our booking calendar, and the emails, text messages and calls we send or make. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request the Blueprint
- Your first name, last name, email address and phone number
- Your answers to our questions: how much capital you have available and, on our Blueprint page, your investment goal and timeline
- The project you asked about, if you asked about a specific one
Our forms also send some technical details with your request: the address of the page you were on (including any advertising campaign tags), your browser and device type, your time zone and local time, identifiers from Meta’s advertising cookies, and a security token from Google reCAPTCHA.
When you book a strategy session
Our booking calendar collects your name, email address, phone number and the time you choose. Strategy sessions are held on Google Meet.
When you talk to us
We keep records of calls, emails, text messages and meetings, including notes about your circumstances and what you’re looking for. If you go ahead with a project, we collect the information needed to deliver it, including details for your contracts and correspondence with the builder, brokers and your advisers.
When you browse our websites
Our websites use the Meta Pixel, which records the pages you visit and sets cookies so Meta can measure our ads. Our pages load fonts from Google, our Blueprint page uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and our website host keeps standard server logs. Each of these receives your IP address and basic details about your browser.
We don’t ask for sensitive information, such as health information. You don’t have to give us your details, but without them we can’t send you the Blueprint or get in touch.
How we use it
- To send you the Blueprint and information about our projects
- To contact you by phone, email and text message about the Blueprint, your enquiry and our projects
- To call you at a sensible local time, using the time zone your device reports
- To book and run strategy sessions
- To deliver a project if you go ahead
- To measure and improve our advertising, including telling Meta when someone requests the Blueprint or books a session
- To protect our forms from spam and misuse
- To meet our legal obligations
Marketing messages
We may send you emails and text messages about the Blueprint and our projects. You can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in our emails, reply STOP to our text messages, or email info@keyspaceproperty.com.au to stop marketing calls, emails or texts.
Cookies and similar technology
- Meta Pixel. Sets cookies (such as
_fbpand_fbc) that let Meta connect website visits and ad clicks to its ad reporting. - Google reCAPTCHA. Collects device and usage information to tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply.
- Session storage. On our Blueprint page, your name, email and phone number are kept in your browser so the booking calendar can fill them in for you. They’re cleared when you close the tab.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer database, which also sends our emails and text messages and runs our booking calendar
- Meta Platforms, to measure our ads. Our websites tell Meta when you view a page or request the Blueprint, and our customer database tells Meta when you book a session. Meta may match this to Facebook and Instagram accounts using contact details that are scrambled (hashed) before they’re sent.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA, Google Meet and web fonts
- GitHub, which hosts our websites
- Brokers, the builder and specialists, such as SMSF specialists, only when you ask for an introduction or go ahead with a project
- Our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants
- Government agencies and regulators, when the law requires it
Information sent overseas
GoHighLevel, Meta, Google and GitHub store and process information in the United States and other countries. Some of our team also work from outside Australia and access our systems from there. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected wherever it’s handled.
Security and how long we keep it
We store your information with the providers above and limit access to the people who need it. We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@keyspaceproperty.com.au. We’ll respond within 30 days, and there’s no fee to make a request. If we can’t give you access or make a correction, we’ll tell you why in writing.
Complaints
If you think we’ve mishandled your information, email info@keyspaceproperty.com.au with the details. We’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
